File tree a mess

Mudiver 9 Rep.

Windows 7 has files for Admin, Public User, User, Other User so on and so forth. This leaves me with a convoluted file tree that is impossible to like. I am starting to hate this catch all OS, I suppose a clean install is needed, which takes 3 days to repopulate all the security updates. But this time I only want one User and it’s not called Admin it’s called simply frigging “ME”  I have many more questions so I’ll wait to see if any one is at home
