Did you mean several computers in a same network, connected via LAN?
OPTION 1: This works out to most of basic users and easy to setup. Setup one Window 7 computer and then use disk cloning software to clone it to other computers. You can use free software like Clonezilla for that. See the guide here on how to create USB stick and then use it to make a system image: http://clonezilla.org/clonezilla-live.php
OPTION 2: If you are talking of just few computers connected via LAN like for example in Internet Cafe, then you can use any Windows deployment software. Take a look at Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, which is very popular and is compatible with Windows 7.
OPTION 3 : If that’s the case, you can install Windows Enterprise edition on a server workstation and then make a Remote Collaboration service for other computers. That way all user profiles are stored in the server and then users in other computer can login to this server as a client. You can install the applications in the server and everybody logged into it will have same desktops. Typically, this method is used in a organization consisting of several hundred computers.
Hope it helps.
